PASHÀ
PASHÀ captures a horse in the intimate act of yawning and stretching.
A gesture that horses rarely choose to share with humans; yet where trust and respect exist, the animal allows us access even to its most hidden world.
PASHÀ perfectly embodies what I believe to be the true function of art: to reveal and “hold still” the beauty and harmony that surround us, yet which we are often unable to perceive.
PASHÀ: bronze, black granite, “forest green” patina- 2020 – 60x80x36
